Money Center or Not?

I recently went to the Walmart on North Glenstone in Springfield, MO to get five dollars in quarters for washing clothes.

I was told by the employee at the money center, that's right "The Money Center" that Walmart cannot sell me any quarters. 

If it is a money center, then shouldn't that mean that I or any other customer should be allowed to get quarters in exchange for a five dollar bill? You would think so right; WRONG! 

I am going back to this Walmart tomorrow morning and speak to a Manager because this is just absolutely absurd. 

I know that it probably will not do any good, because after all Walmart does not care about the customer one single bit. I may go higher up with this issue. 

I have gone to the money center in the past and did not have any problem at all getting change. Now all of a sudden they refuse to give me the change that I need. 

The bottom line is, "WALMART IS PATHETIC!
