Lankford is a servant of the Lord, scriptorian, dynamic preacher and
excellent speaker. He is the host of "The Voice of Evangelism,"
an international radio program and available for revivals, crusades, mission
trips and can fill in for pastors on the weekend if they need to be away.

Before his resignation as pastor of The Derita
Church of God, in Charlotte, North Carolina where he served for over 15 years,
holding the office of State Evangelist for 6 years. Following a one year sabbatical, Pastor
Lankford surrendered his credentials in 2002 with the Church of God, Cleveland, Tenn. and in
that same week planted a new non-denominational Church called Family Worship
Center, along with an A.C.E. Christian School in Stanley, N.C.
The church completed its second phase in August
2008 with a new 12,000 square foot worship center. On July 8, 2012 Pastor David
Lankford installed Pastor Chris and Finesse Fosdick, as he felt the calling of
God leading him back into full time evangelism. He is presently fulfilling the
position now as a full time “Evangelist”.
He has also written several books on the subject of
endtimes Bible prophecy, and publishes a monthly ministry
newsletter.

TV. As a sales manager, he launched one of the first cable advertising
interconnects in the nation. He was hired in 1984 by the Christian
Broadcasting Network as the first National Cable Marketing Manager for the new CBN Cable Network which later became the Family Channel. In 1995, Paul
F. Crouch hired Rick as the Marketing Director for Trinity Broadcasting Network where Rick repositioned the TBN brand inside the cable
industry – and played an important role in negotiating the early contracts to
launch TBN on DirecTV, DISH, and the former PrimeStar DBS systems. Rick
resigned from TBN in September 1998 after receiving a dramatic call from God to
fulltime ministry.
