The Race Baiting MSM is at it once again... spinning and twisting justice, in order, too agitate for violence and civil unrest.... the rule of law worked, and the Black community simply refuses to accept the verdict of a Grand Jury... The MSM ignores the thoroughness of the evidence and testimony given to the Grand Jury. Instead they choose to second guess the Grand Jury and too raise issues that are disingenuous and harmful to the rule of law.
The MSM obviously doesn't understand that a Grand Jury is an INDEPENDENT body; that it is not under the control of the local Prosecutor . A Grand Jury and its foreman, run the hearings, with assistance from the Prosecutors office. A Grand Jury arrives at an independent decision, separate from any local Prosecutors recommendation or charges recommended. The Grand Jury may request evidence and testimony on its own. They are not limited to the evidence furnished by the Prosecutor; in fact, this Grand Jury asked for pictures and testimony, that was not submitted by the Prosecutor... indicating they were operating independently of the prosecutors office. This Grand Jury was not steered to arrive at their decision by the Prosecutors office.
The idea that this Prosecutor is bias toward law enforcement is not factually supported. This prosecutor has tried 20 cases of police brutality and obtained convictions in all but 5 cases... that should indicate he is not biased toward the police. In addition, he effectively recused himself, in this instance, by asking a Judge to appoint a Grand Jury. This Prosecutor has used a Grand Jury in similar cases 5 times in the past ... this was not a unique case. The Prosecutor gave the Grand Jury '5' specific charges that may apply to the acts of Officer Wilson. The Jury found no charges with sufficient probable cause to indict Officer Wilson. The legal system worked, it arrived at a decision thru the lawful process. The black community doesn't want justice they want a witch hunt and Officer Wilson to be lynched.
The problem with much of the Black Community is that they condone 'Thugery and lawlessness'... in their community. The tendency to use violence, as a way to address their problems, is witnessed by the violence in Ferguson and overtly high rates of crime in the Black community. The Black Community simply refuses to understand that race baiting, in an attempt to make victims out of criminals, is counter productive. Such conduct, only creates anger among law abiding members of society and ignores the underlying lawlessness of their own population.
Blaming the law for Michael Brown's criminal conduct... strong arm robbery, refusal to move out of the street when challenged by a law officer, the violent unprovoked attack on Officer Wilson, charging Officer Wilson after being told to submit to arrest, make us conclude, that Michael Brown was a criminal THUG... not an innocent 6'6", 300lb., victim of police brutality.
This entire incident is ridiculous... the Prosecutor asked the Governor to appoint a special prosecutor and he did not. The Prosecutor requested a Judge to appoint a Grand Jury, an independent lawful agent of the court, capable of considering ALL THE EVIDENCE and to render a lawful decision whether to indict or not. The Grand Jury took more than 60 days and over 70 hours, considering direct testimony and all the evidence. The Grand Jury requested additional evidence and follow up testimony, in addition, to that provided by the Prosecutors Office. They took all the necessary time to decide if probable cause existed to indict Officer Wilson on 5 separate charges. They decided probable cause to charge Officer Wilson did not exist.
The Prosecutor did not need to discredit the victim... the evidence clearly did that. He was a felon, fleeing a (STRONG ARMED) robbery, not shop lifting. He refused Officer Wilson's command to move to the curb, confronting the officer with vulgarity and defiance. He attacked Officer Wilson, engaging Wilson INSIDE his VEHICLE. Michael Brown attempted to gain control over the officers weapon, resulting in discharging the weapon, inside the vehicle. He struck the Officer with sufficient force to leave his own blood and DNA in the vehicle. After assaulting the officer, Brown attempted to flee the scene and when challenged to stop he turned and charged the officer. These are not the actions of a law abiding youth; they are the actions of a THUG. It is reported that Michel Brown has several previous criminal convictions. Mr. Brown has a history of being a thug.
The Federal Investigation released a statement early on... that they found no probable cause to continue a civil rights investigation. It is the MSM that is agitating for further criminal investigation of Officer Wilson, not the evidence or facts. The MSM, race baiters and thugs, did not get their way, they now want to reopen and pursue additional efforts, on a Federal level, to punish Officer Wilson. They want a witch hunt to persecute Officer Wilson or they threaten more civil unrest and riots. The MSM wants to pursue the victim in this incident... Officer Wilson. Let's not forget this incident resulted from Officer Wilson's lawful stop of Michel Brown and the subsequent ATTACK OF OFFICER WILSON by Michael Brown. If anyone's civil rights were violated, it was the covenence store employee, who was 'strong armed' by the 6'6" 300 lb. thug Michael Brown. It was Michael Brown who broke the law and not Officer Wilson.
Missouri law permits the use of deadly force between police and fleeing felons... this officer operated within the law and a Grand Jury of 12 men and women found no probable cause to indict. No one knows the specifics of the Grand Jury's Inquiry. No one can say that the questioning of witnesses was incomplete, biased, or lacked prosecutorial zeal. That type of information is secret in Grand Jury proceedings; too, speculate on the details of the Grand Jury Proceedings is irresponsible... we simply don't know what took place in the hearings.
What we do know is that the local Black Community and others... have acted unlawfully. We know they have created an atmosphere filled with direct and veiled threats of violence... if they failed to obtain what they perceive as justice. In this case, the lynching of Officer Wilson is all that will satisfy the Black Community. The mob in Ferguson speaks to the use of violence, by many Blacks in America, as a primary method for obtaining social justice. The Black community has a systemic attitude of victimhood, which they use to excuse unlawful conduct. The Black community basically holds the RULE OF LAW in contempt. It is up to the Black community to look inward, to examine the true reasons they see themselves as victims, rather than lawful participants in America's culture and society.
Michael Brown was not a victim ... He was a fleeing felon, a thug, who attacked officer Wilson. He resisted arrest and by virtue of his size and conduct threatened the life of officer Wilson. You don't assault an officer of the law, threaten his life, and expect not to be shot.
